Your time on this intentional retreat will guide you into the experience of, and hone tools for, living a more connected and present version of yourself.
In this time on our earth, many of us are having an increasingly hard time “feeling” everything that is happening outside of us as well as in our multi-layered interior life. The input is overwhelming and can cause us to escape from the body to not have to feel so much.
There is a path to more ease through learning to identify and balance the layers of your experience, which we will observe using the Pancha Kosha system of Yoga as a map. Through more somatic experience you can land more of you in this time, this moment, through a genuine relationship with your body. As you learn to balance that ever-strong pull of the mind and emotions, you develop a great key to self-empowerment. As a result, you will find a much-needed embodiment that can elude you in the chaos and stressors of everyday life. The result is a Restored and Rejuvenated nervous system and an overall sense of well-being.
Our exploration of the body and mind will derive from the many modalities offered in the Holistic System of Yoga and Natural Movement: Restorative Yoga/Gentle Asana, Breathwork/Pranayama, Meditation/Yoga Nidra as well as daily Forest Bathing and Sound Bathing, accompany this journey of restoration that is so desperately needed in this time.

Kristin aims to be “In Service of Life.” Devoted to the process of transformation, she loves being a guide for anyone on the path of enriching, healing, or deepening into the Mystery and the Wholeness of themselves.
Her offerings are infused with a deeper knowledge and mindfulness born of her decades of devotion to the lifestyle and study of Yoga, Vipassana Meditation, Natural Movement and modern Biomechanics.
She co-guides all of her programs with and in the profound wisdom and beauty of nature.
She is the Director of Programs for VSHR, an E-RYT 200/RYT 500 registered instructor with Yoga Alliance, a certified Yoga Therapist with the IAYT, and a Restorative Exercise Specialist in Katy Bowman’s “Nutritious Movement” program.
