A Luxury Boutique Retreat Experience

Vedanta is a refuge from the intensity and bombardment of the modern world and city life. We are nestled into a valley surrounded by mountains and rivers. We are on 200+ acres of private land and have neighboring hot springs and exquisite Sequoia trees to visit. This remote location has very little cell and internet coverage adding to this opportunity to unplug from your everyday distractions in order to give yourself time for reflection and the personal healing that we love to help facilitate.  We invite you to come back to your inner connection through yoga, breathwork, meditation… through connecting with nature and attuning to the circadian rhythms while allowing yourself the time to just BE in peace and quiet.

We believe this is a great part of the healing that is needed in our world at this moment and are honored to share the time and nature with you.

We can personally tailor a retreat to meet your needs, be it a simple rest and rejuvenation for yourself, for you and a partner, or for a small group or family. The Intimacy Of Rejuvenation Retreat

The small group retreat is a great option for the experience of personal growth and healing with a group of close friends, family or co-workers. What This Nightly Rate Includes?

  • Shared Accommodation in our luxury rooms, access to our yoga room as well as our acres of sprawling mountains, trails and vistas.
  • Morning Pranayama and Yoga class: Each morning will start with a beautiful 2-hour practice before breakfast to set the tone for a connected day. Deepak teaches a powerful pranayama practice, proven to restore the parasympathetic response in the nervous system (plus a myriad of other benefits). Kristin is a yoga therapist with a background in myriad of movement modalities and will tailor a practice to your particular needs. *We will provide a useful take home handout for a continued at home practice.
  • 2 to 3 - primarily organic, vegetarian meals, per day. Diner Friday, 3 meals Saturday (or 2 meals and a mid day snack) and 2 on Sunday.
  • Tips and instructions on local hikes and excursions in the nearby nature.
