We are delighted to invite you to the next level of our transformative retreat, “The Art of Breathwork for Deeper Wellness and Transformation.” Having witnessed your dedication and progress during our previous retreats, we believe you are ready to explore the profound depths of this path of Yoga: Breathwork, Meditation, Asana in order to enhance your well-being.

  1. Advanced Breathwork Practices: Expand your breathwork repertoire with more intricate and powerful aspects of Pranayam techniques you have already learnt. These practices will help you delve further into the profound effects of breath on your physical, mental, and emotional states.
  2. Subtle Energy Exploration: Gain a deeper understanding of the Pranic layer of your being, as we explore its connection to your overall well-being. Through guided meditations and subtle energy practices, you will discover theunoverse of transformative potential in your subtle energies.
  3. Enhanced Self-Practice: Consistency is key.  Staying constant for one week will help develop a greater level of proficiency in your breathworkthrough daily, intensive practice sessions.  Your ability to become meditative will be prominent throughout each day in all things we experience. By the end of the retreat, you will be empowered to integrate these practices into your daily life, establishing a strong foundation for your home practice.
  4. Emotional Healing and Release: Dive into the emotional aspects of breathwork as we explore its capacity for healing andpotential to release stored traumas.
  5. Mind-Body-Spirit Integration: Immerse yourself in a holistic experience that integrates breathwork with complementary practices. Engage in invigorating yoga asana sessions, consistentmeditation practices, restorative yoga, and yoga Nidra. These practices will further deepen your connection with yourself and facilitate overall integration.
  6. Nutritious Meals: Silence is Key.  We will eat according to the principals of the Ayurvedic system, learning to fully experince and digest our food. Enjoyingdelectable, nourishing vegetarian meals throughout the retreat, specially curated to support your overall well-being and complement the breathwork journey. We will share the recipes for the meals so you can continue to enjoy them at home.
Accomodations: As this retreat is very experiential, going into the deeper aspects of Breathwork, you will be spending most of the time in silence.  To maintain the silence everyone will have their own private room. You are all familiar with the Retreat center and the rooms in the house. We have added some new Tiny Homes. This makes our capacity for this workshop at max 10 participants. We will allocate the rooms on a first come first served basis.
 
All Inclusive Cost: $3500 per person, please send a deposit of $1000 through Zelle to info@vshr.org to reserve your spot. Balance will be due 45 days before the retreat.
