Payment policy
Deposit:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. Balance is due 45 days in advance, Please make payment to PayPal username info@vshr.org. You can use Zelle as well with the same username. As soon as we receive the payment, we will confirm the receipt from info@vshr.org email address.
Remaining Balance:
Remaining balance is due 45 days before the retreat start date.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date.
50% refund for cancellation 45-60 days before retreat start date.
0% refund for cancellation 0-45 days before retreat start date.
Transfers:
We allow a one-time option to move your booking to a future retreat. This must be done 45 days or more in advance of the original retreat.
Administration Fee:
If you are to cancel there is a non-refundable one-time administration fee of $150 once you have booked.
Other fees:
Note that any Credit card Processing fee, Paypal/Venmo fees can not be refunded.
