There are several spaces left and we are extending the $50 discount per person until May 15th.This Memorial Day weekend retreat will be a deep reboot for your nervous system and a dive into growing your Self in many ways; learn more about the science of your own body (especially as relates to your nervous system and its effect on your well being),  connect with daily practice and experience the benefit of discipline (or tapas) within the yoga. There will be ample time to connect to nature; through meditation (both inside and outside), doing forest bathing in the redwoods enjoying a soak at the hot springs as well as simple leisure time to let your body rest and repair.
