3 Days/2 Nights  November 8th to 10th Weekend

 This weekend retreat will be a deep reboot for your nervous system and a dive into growing your Self in many ways; learn more about the science of your own body (especially as relates to your nervous system and its effect on your well being),  connect with daily practice and experience the benefit of discipline (or tapas) within the yoga. There will be ample time to connect to nature; through meditation (both inside and outside), doing forest bathing in the redwoods enjoying a soak at the hot springs as well as simple leisure time to let your body rest and repair.
o    3 days/ 2 nights accommodation (Friday to Sunday) 6 vegetarian meals
o    Daily morning Pranayam/yoga/meditation classes (all-level classes)
o    Evening Restorative Yoga, Sound-bathing and Yoga Nidra
o    Lecture on the science of stress and how it effects our health
o    Ayurvedic cooking demo
o    Long quiet walks through the green rolling hills. Outdoor meditation among the rocks and the wild flowers
o    Visit to the local hot springs
o    A guided Forest bathing (Shin Rin Yoku) experience in local Redwoods
o    A digital take home Pranayam Practice
