Creating Harmony in Relationship Retreat

Dates: 28th April to 1st May 2023 | Duration: 4 days and 3 nights

In collaboration with Kaivalyadhama, India

We live in a connected world where true happiness can be experienced only if there is a harmonious relationship between you, your family, your friends, your colleagues, and your communities. Life itself is fully in a connected relationship with our environment and its elements. However, any disturbances in our relationships with people, especially the near and dear ones, or with whom we spend a large amount of our time, can result in feelings of low self-esteem, helplessness, fear, anxiety, depression, hopelessness which further leads to chronic stress, loss of mental and physical health and leaves us sometimes totally devastated.

Ensuring we create and nurture happy relationships with people is thus critical to our peace, health, success, and overall growth. But happy relationship is a two-way street which is always under construction. This unique workshop introduces you to the principles and practices from Yoga, which will provide you the toolkit to develop habits for happier relationships with people in your life.
